As I told you, Forever21 will soon debut a new, higher quality (but still low priced) line, Love21. As of today, they posted a few shots of the new line in a lookbook on their website. I've already seen some of these pieces in person, and I can vouch for their higher quality - they're fantastic styles that don't look as trashy cheap as the original Forevs' stuff but are still affordable.
