I love the shape of a tulip skirt. Look at Nicole Richie rocking this style with a James Perse tank top. It's so simple and yet, so chic. Nicole's is Marc Jacobs, and hence, out of price range. Given that it's leather, it's probably quite expensive. However, while browsing the Lulu's website, I came across this dress by Boardwalk. The color of the skirt is different, and it's not leather, but the shape is identical. It's clearly inspired by Marc or Nicole. Not to mention, tulip skirts are all over the place for Spring! At only $41, it's a total steal of an outfit!
