I refuse to talk about winter apparel any more. I've officially given up on flat boots, sweater tights, wool coats... All of it. I'm cold, I'm ready for spring to get here, and it's all I can do to STOP looking at springtime apparel. And, once I saw this dress, I knew there was no turning back.

It's gorgeous! It's light, fresh, breezy... And, I guess if you need a transitional way to wear it, throw some leather-esque leggings under it with some ankle boots or chunky sandals and a moto jacket over the top - which would be extremely adorable. But, when spring finally gets here, be ready to wear this sans leg-coverings, and enjoy the cool (not frigid) spring air.
