Now, we know how that title sounds - but don't go wrinkling your nose. Sure, sometimes your local Salvation Army or Goodwill store smells a bit, but if you're willing to hunt through the racks, you'll find a veritable treasure trove of perfect jackets, blazers and more! Our closet is stocked with blazers, which, in addition to being very fashionable right now, are highly practical. We've got orange, hot pink, navy, black, brown...people really underestimate the things you can find at a secondhand store! Best of all, secondhand stores are great for folks on a budget. Most of our blazers are under $5; all were purchased for under $10. If that's not a deal, we're not sure what is!

Snag them, ladies! The Forever21 knockoffs of the oh-so-covetable Ann D lace up heels are on sale! They're down from $27.80 to just $22.24, so don't wait, because they're sure to sell out almost as fast as the real thing!

We admit - we're fans of oversized totes come daytime. We can't help but carry everything but the kitchen sink around with us - you never know what you'll need! However, when the sun sets and we head out on the town, we favor small clutches that fit the essentials and the essentials only. Think keys, lipstick, phone, ID and cash - and maybe a mini hand sanitizer if size permits. Clutches are a great way to add a pop of color to any ensemble; you can jazz up any simple outfit, whether it's a tee shirt and jeans or a black minidress. We love Urban Outfitters, but sometimes we find their pieces just a tad overpriced. That's why we love their sale section. The great thing about Urban is that you know the thing you want will go on sale eventually (and unlike Forever21, it's not likely to sell out before it hits the sale rack). I'm not a huge fan of Hayden Panettiere, but I will say one thing - the girl knows how to work her body type. Panettiere is short and stumpy, but not at all chubby. This means she sports heels most of the time, especially when it comes to premieres. While doing promotion for her new movie, "I Love You, Beth Cooper", Hayden stopped by MTV to talk with Alexa Chung. She sported a bell-sleeve mini shift dress from Elizabeth and James, and some FIERCE Giuseppe Zanotti booties. Chances are, we can't afford the GZ's, but happily, Charlotte Russe has a great look for less for under $30! 

Jessica Simpson might not be known for her personal style, but that never stops her from adding to her empire. Next up on the list? Stylish swimsuits! Jessica will be partnering with Red Carter to create the suits pictured below, among others. Jessica's previous collections have been a bit too all-american and frankly, trashy for my liking, but these suits are cute. I can see them on even the most stylish of ladies - that gingham two piece is adorable! The collection will launch in December in major department stores across the country. Just in time for Christmas!

Check it out - H&M's holding their summer sale RIGHT NOW. That's right, some pieces as low as $5. Given that it's H&M, I'm guessing there are MANY pieces as low as $5. So get off your computer and go shopping! It's an excuse to boost the economy, and come on, who can really resist Daria Werbowy in Matthew Williamson's diffusion line?

I know I can't.  

God, I LOVE Forever21. I wonder at what age I'll grow out of my adoration for the fast fashion chain. I can't imagine a world in which I didn't stop into to F21 for cheap fashionable basics. 

For instance, check out the swimsuits below. They're all priced around $13. Where else could you get a swimsuit for $13? Nowhere! Perhaps Old Navy, but those are often a big fugly, no? These babies are F-A-B fabulous! That cutout black one piece reminds me of the bathing suit Audrina wore on The Hills (the episode where she and Lauren followed the "boys weekend" to Hawaii). And I'm loving the bright colorful bikinis! Not to mention, that white triangle two piece is very Lohan.

I recently came across a website called The 15 Dollar Store - yes, you read that right. It's like the dollar store - everything sold on the site is $15. And it's not just crap they've manufactured and then priced. It's stuff that used to be sold elsewhere - think lower priced department store brands like LEI and Chinese Laundry. But everything on the site is $15. I tend to gloss over such sites, thinking that all the stuff must be terrible quality, or even worse, ugly. But I did a bit of research today, and turns out, it's quite easy to build a great outfit from the 15 Dollar Store.
